Rates
The Boathouse rents for $1450 per week during summer season
or $235 per night for stays less than a week, with a 3 night minimum (see below for off-season dates and discount). Includes the Idaho Hotel tax of 8%.
Additional Charges
Pets are allowed - we charge a pet fee of $75 per week
or $15 per night.
Extra adult guests beyond 6 - $175 per week or $25 per night for each
extra adult.
RV parking - $150 per week or $35 per night (this waives the extra adult
fee for 2 adults).
The 8% motel tax is included in all fees.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is
after 4:00 PM Saturday
Checkout is 11:00 AM Saturday.
Although we generally rent from Saturday to Saturday, other arrrangements
or shorter periods are often possible.
No Smoking
Reservation Deposit
$600 (per week) holds your reservation, with the full amount due 2 weeks
prior to check-in. We do not take credit cards. There will be a $75 fee
for any cancellations within 60 days of check-in. If you must cancel,
we will refund your deposit only if we are able to re-book.
Summer Season Dates
& Off Season Discount
The main season for 2009 starts on May 23rd and ends on September 12th.
We offer a 20% discount on the total rates & fees for any nights that
fall before or after those dates.
Availability
The Boathouse
is normally available May through September. Ask about special arrangements
for other times.
